"Time Brews Art, Elegant Apricot 27" — The Elegant Apricot Painting Society was founded in 1999 (Minguo 88) by founding president Chao Tsung-kuan (趙宗冠) and senior artist Tang Shuang-feng (唐雙鳳), leading a group of doctors, teachers, and other society members who love painting to study oil painting together. They also invited senior artists Lin Chih-chu (林之助) and Wu Chiu-po (吳秋波) to guide them in glue-color painting. The society values quality over quantity, limiting membership to 35 people. Since its establishment 27 years ago, it has continuously held joint exhibitions of members' oil paintings and glue-color paintings, fostering mutual切磋 and inspiration, shaping a warm yet solid creative force. The society is not only a platform for exhibitions but also a place where creations are understood and shared. With a quiet and steady pace, the Elegant Apricot Painting Society infuses art with warmth, hoping to bring viewers a delicate and profound emotional experience.
