Sky as Formation, Then Scattering (成天空隊形 散開)

"Sky as Formation, Then Scattering" — issuing an uncertain command to something uncertain, this imperative sentence dissipates into thin air the moment it is uttered. Nothing changes because of it; all things continue to operate at their own inherent rhythm.
This exhibition brings together works I created between 2024 and 2026. It began in the summer of 2024 when I found a fledgling sparrow that had fallen from its nest and started caring for it, building a subtle relationship of companionship, becoming an interlude in each other's lives. It is a pet, yet also a family member I can never fully understand. The body always limits the reach of perception, but imagination never stops, and thoughts of doubt continue to intertwine and overlap with it. I acknowledge that this tangible wall always exists, yet I still want to keep searching for possibilities to get a little closer — perhaps compromise, perhaps make do, perhaps pace back and forth before reaching the destination.
