Exhibitions Now On
Our Lacquer, Warrior Family Memories: Armor, Family Crests, and Tales of the Japanese Spirit
This exhibition focuses on Japanese shogun culture, bringing together warrior-related artifacts from Japan's Heian, Kamakura to Edo periods for a special exhibition. Highlight exhibits include: shogun helmets, armor, shogun hats, samurai chrysanthemum crest artifacts, etc., inviting the public to appreciate them together!
Samurai were not only warriors but also a feudal aristocratic class with high moral standards! They wore two swords, valued both literary and martial arts, and would even choose seppuku (ritual suicide) when honor was violated, fully expressing their cultural spirit of loyalty, honor, courage, temperance, and duty! Wuqi Cultural Outpost invites you to feel the profound spirit of "Bushido"!
