Convergence - Our Class 2026 Second Exhibition

Date: 2026-07-18 — 2026-08-16 Organizer: 李柏賢、邱彥森、詹益健、曾冠中、鄭文珮、林輝明、吳仁華、楊光評
It is a blessing to step into the realm of art during one's school years, because the mind can imagine boundlessly, always free to roam and act on whims. Upon entering society, art acquires commercial behavior and transactions, making art more precisely aligned with life and practicality. This exhibition showcases the works of eight classmates who graduated in 1994 from the Craft Group of the Art and Crafts Department of the National Taiwan Academy of Arts (國立臺灣藝術專科學校). Thirty-two years after graduation, each has developed in art-related fields. The exhibition content includes watercolor, ink wash painting, sketching, oil painting, printmaking, calligraphy, ceramics, metalwork, woodwork, interior design, architectural design, and other multi-faceted works. The creative media are also mostly mixed media, breaking away from the norm of exhibitions focusing solely on two-dimensional paintings or three-dimensional works, demonstrating the diverse developmental achievements of each exhibitor.
Since graduation, it is a joy that everyone has persisted and achieved their own accomplishments in art-related fields. Our class was connected by art in the most youthful stage of life and is now reunited by art in the most mature stage. We were nurtured in a small pond and later each became a small stream. Our class includes art teachers, interior designers, space magicians, landscape designers, civil servants at art centers, painters, and full-time artists. After winding paths, we ultimately converge again in the vast sea of art. In this joint exhibition, we present our diverse and rich works to everyone, once again proving that the art of life is supreme. May we all wander in the sea of art and enjoy an artistic life.
