Brush and Ink Expressing Sentiments – 2026 Taichung City Hua Xia Painting and Calligraphy Association Members Joint Exhibition

Since its establishment in 2002 (ROC year 91), the Taichung City Hua Xia Painting and Calligraphy Association has been dedicated to promoting ink painting and calligraphy, demonstrating abundant creative energy. Its members span three generations – old, middle-aged, and young – all being disciples of the painting and calligraphy master Teacher Chen Hua (陳華), among whom are many professional workers deeply rooted in the art world. This exhibition encompasses themes such as flowers and birds, landscapes, and figures. The works not only inherit classical brush and ink foundations but also incorporate modern techniques and diverse media, presenting the diversity and novel appearance of contemporary painting and calligraphy.
