114-2 Session "Bear Love Reading" (熊愛閱讀) Talk and Paint Activity County Mayor's Award Works Exhibition

The Nantou County Government Cultural Affairs Bureau, in collaboration with the 18°C Cultural Foundation (18度C文化基金會), organizes the "Bear Love Reading" reading passport program. In the "Talk and Paint" (『說』情『畫』意) component, students complete the basic reading quota in the "Reading Stamp Collection Fun" activity, certified by their school teachers, before they can participate. Students create paintings on 8-sheet drawing paper and write reflections, encouraging them to use reading to inspire imagination and then independently create, engaging in a picture-and-text reading sharing activity to promote a reading culture and enhance students' writing and thinking abilities. For the 114-2 session "Bear Love Reading" County Mayor's Award, a total of 36 reflection masters were selected. The award-winning works are now on display; everyone is welcome to visit the library to appreciate the creative reflections of the award-winning students!
