The peace of Planet ECC is broken by the Shan-yu (單于) army, and the home of the Little Clown Freaks is in danger! To save the planet, they go to find the legendary hero "Fa Mu-lan (發木蘭)," only to discover that this great warrior just stays home in the living room playing games with friends to get rich. When the crisis comes, the Little Clown Freaks do not force her to be a soldier, but use juggling, hula hoops, and aerial stunts to help her regain her courage! Meanwhile, the Shan-yu army drills stiffly, absurd and comical. In the end, the war turns into a stage show, with rhythm, creativity, and stunts in full swing.
