65 Craft Festival: Craft Play Theater X Crazy Dream Art LIT ART (2 Sessions)

Date: 2026-06-19 Organizer: 狂夢藝術LIT ART
The '65 Craft Festival' presents a five-day 'Handmade Theater,' transforming crafts from static objects into a sensory feast that can be seen, heard, and personally experienced. This year, it specially invites the 'Naturally Theater Troupe' to give new life to recycled materials with an eco-friendly spirit, 'Crazy Dream Art' to translate the warmth of artisan labor through circus rhythms, and the 'Wild Kids Theater' to use drama to excavate the emotional folds deep within humanity. These three teams jointly explore the zeitgeist of the everyday and the marginal, bridging the gap between the public and contemporary art. Through the cross-disciplinary translation of theater and dance, they reconnect the people, events, and objects within the space, sparking profound reflection on the past and future, intimacy or alienation. Accompanied by the notes of live musicians piercing through the city's sounds, they weave together every strand of emotion from the island's works, allowing this passion for craft to function like a sustainable gear, continuously turning in the resonance of art.

Crazy Dream Art LIT ART: 'The Warmth of Two Hands' Circus Material Theater
Starting from the hands of the artisan, through observing the craftsman's unique vision, physical labor, and exquisite techniques, the performance uses circus object manipulation and contemporary dance's bodily translation to present the most precious construction process within craft, allowing the audience to feel the artisan spirit behind every industrial product.

Performing Group Introduction
Crazy Dream Art LIT ART is registered in Taichung. It uses Chinese and Western cultural styles as its creative foundation, blending magic, contemporary dance, juggling, acrobatics, and other new circus elements to develop a diverse and dynamic performance language.
The team's core is interdisciplinary integration, interweaving different forms of performing arts to nurture a unique and energetic style of work. Through performances, they establish emotional connections and live resonance with the audience, sharing performances in every corner of the city, striving with utmost dedication to perfect their works.
