Preservation and Promotion Project for the Gate Tower and Wall of the American Robinette & Co. Warehouse (Tung Hsing Warehouse) (美商羅賓奈洋行倉庫(東興洋行倉庫)門樓及圍牆保存推廣計畫)—Guided Tour Itinerary

Kaohsiung (高雄) Shao-chuan-tou (哨船頭) was a golden area during the opening of Takao (打狗) port, where foreign merchants gathered and cultures flourished. This project centers on the listed building "Gate Tower and Wall of the American Robinette & Co. Warehouse (Tung Hsing Warehouse) (美商羅賓奈洋行倉庫（東興洋行倉庫）門樓及圍牆)" and, through a "Cultural Heritage Guided Tour Itinerary," aims to enhance community residents' and participants' understanding of the Tung Hsing Warehouse gate tower and wall, the history of the Shao-chuan-tou (哨船頭) neighborhood, and port culture. It accumulates local stories, strengthens community participation, and subsequent independent promotion capabilities. Combining walking tours with boat ride experiences increases the fun and sense of participation, driving public attention to the preservation and revitalization of local cultural heritage, thereby strengthening the preservation and promotion of local cultural assets.
