【Payment Method】
‧ Online credit card payment, fee NT$3000. Please check in at the Art Resources Classroom on the day to receive the invoice.
‧ Online registration and payment process: (1) Fill out registration information and submit → (2) Window will redirect to online credit card interface and payment verification → (3) Payment completion means successful payment, notification email will be sent to your mailbox simultaneously. Process image explanation (Reminder: Payment must be completed to count as successful registration, thank you.)

※For those who need to apply for a refund after registration and payment due to inability to attend:
‧ Please first call or email to inform (07-5550331 ext. 262, jiangdec29@gmail.com) Ms. Jiang (Tuesday to Saturday 9:00-12:00; 13:30-17:30) of your intention to apply for a refund. Fill out the refund form provided by the museum. The museum will process the refund after the event concludes. (Interbank transfer fees are borne by the applicant.)
‧ Apply for refund more than 10 days before the event: 90% refund of event fee. (Before 2/17)
‧ Apply for refund 2-9 days before the event: 70% refund of event fee. (2/18-2/25)
‧ No refunds allowed 1 day before or on the event day. (2/26-2/27)
‧ If unable to attend the event due to illness on the event day, full refund can be processed with hospital proof or medical receipt.
‧ Failure to check in and participate after the event starts is considered voluntary forfeiture of rights, no refunds will be processed.
※Refund policy for event cancellation due to force majeure or other reasons not attributable to the organizer:
‧ If encountering irresistible natural disasters, pandemic alerts, or other factors not caused by the organizer (including but not limited to) heavy rain warnings, typhoons, earthquakes, floods, forest fires, road collapses, etc. (as defined and announced by the Central Weather Bureau), full refund of event fee (excluding transfer fees).

‧ During the workshop, please keep your mobile phone silent or switched off throughout.
‧ If the event is canceled due to Kaohsiung City Government announcing city-wide suspension of work and classes (such as typhoons, heavy rain, etc.), it will be handled according to the museum's temporary announcement, and the museum reserves all rights regarding event arrangements.
‧ Any changes on the event day will be based on announcements made that day.
‧ The museum reserves the final right to modify, change, and interpret the event.
