Music is Fun - Story Time
The National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra (國立臺灣交響樂團), founded in 1945, is Taiwan's oldest symphony orchestra and has played an extremely crucial role in the development of classical music in Taiwan. The orchestra continues to position itself as a national-level performance team, bearing the responsibility of promoting music education and dedicating itself to educational outreach. For many years, the orchestra has been committed to promoting children's arts education, hoping that children will fall in love with classical music in a relaxed environment. To stimulate young children's artistic potential and interest and achieve the goal of "educational outreach and aesthetic promotion," the orchestra combines the resources of its music cultural park venue to hold "Music is Fun - Story Time" weekly. Starting from guided reading of "music picture books," it integrates "reading and music" and "picture books and illustrations," blending visual and auditory art forms to achieve the goal of developing aesthetic perception in preschool children.
