Lukang Folk Artifacts Collection Exhibition
The museum has collected many local artifacts from Lukang, including over 6,000 items of daily necessities from the Ch'ing dynasty to the early Republic of China period, of which about 3,000 were donated by local elders of Lukang, including calligraphy, paintings, and artifacts. The first-floor exhibition hall displays: documentary photographs, clothing and accessories, opera instruments, religious and ceremonial items. The second-floor exhibition hall displays: the Ku family bedroom, the International Conference Hall, the Grand Chair VIP Reception Hall, the maiden's bedroom, dining ware, and calligraphy, painting, and documentary materials. There is also a 200-year-old traditional Min-style building: "Ku-feng Lou" (Ancient Style Pavilion). It is currently a private folk artifacts museum and has not been donated to official ownership. At the time, Secretary Ku Lien-ch'ing (辜濂清) (1984) and Consultant Ting Kuo-fu (丁國富) hand-drew several logo designs for the museum, totaling seven types. Currently, the museum's envelope and business card logo are hand-drawn by Ku Lien-ch'ing.
