Registration Method: Online registration only.
◎Registration Time: From 9:00 AM on May 4, Year 115 (2026) until 9:00 PM on June 13, or until full, whichever comes first.
◎Registration Steps: 1. Go to this center's study class registration system at https://tpbfg.kcg.gov.tw/ to register.

3. After obtaining the registration serial number, payment must be made at the center's service counter within 3 days (including the registration day) (registration is only successful after payment is completed). Failure to pay within the deadline will be considered abandonment.
◎Payment: 1. First floor service counter of this center. No. 43, Kangshan South Road, Kaohsiung City. Phone: 07-6262620 ext. 9.
2. Tuesday ~ Saturday: 9:00 ~ 20:00, Sunday ~ Monday: 9:00 ~ 17:00.
3. Please keep the receipt safely until the end of the course.
◎Class Change/Refund:
1. If you wish to apply for a class change or refund due to personal reasons after registration, you may do so before June 9, Year 115 (2026) (late applications not accepted) by presenting the receipt and deducting a processing fee of NT$50. Class change is limited to one time. However, those who do not bring or have lost the receipt will not be processed.
2. June 10, Year 115 (2026) is the start date for various classes this term. From this date onwards, no refunds or class changes will be accepted for registrants.
3. If the number of registrants for a class does not meet the minimum required to start the class, the class will not be held. Please bring the receipt to the center's service counter within one week of receiving notification for a full refund.
◎Study Time: Classes will start from June 10, Year 115 (2026). One term lasts twelve weeks. Students of each class should attend class according to the start date; no separate notification will be given.
◎Study Location: Basement level study classrooms of this center.
◎Notes: 1. During children's study classes, parents are not allowed to enter the study classroom.
2. During adult study classes, children are not allowed to enter the study classroom.
3. To avoid disrupting class order, auditing or trial listening is not permitted.
4. The fees listed in the brochure are tuition fees. Tools, materials, and books required for the study must be prepared by the student.
5. In the event of natural disasters such as typhoons, if the city announces a suspension of work and school via television, radio, or the internet, this study class will also be suspended. The class will be postponed and made up; no separate notification will be given.
6. This center reserves the right to change instructors.
