Date: 2026-06-02 — 2026-06-30 Organizer: 高雄市立圖書館大東藝術圖書館
1. "Urban Sketching" Theme Book Exhibition
Through introductions in the display area, library visitors can understand the diverse presentations of painting and art. Four local artists, Ko Kuang-ch'ing (柯光慶), Li Chia-yen (李佳燕), Hsu Ying-cheng (許英正), and Huang Hui-ch'in (黃蕙琴), have been invited to create landscape sketches, showcasing the diversity of local scenery.

2. "Hands and Feet Dancing" Theme Book Exhibition
Learning about body awareness and sex education is an important foundation for children to understand their bodies and self-protection. Combined with understanding and reflection on sexual topics, it guides children to develop self-judgment skills, which then transform into personal choices regarding relationships with oneself and others.
This book exhibition selects various theme books on "body awareness," inviting parents to plan reading time with their children. Through shared reading, it leads children to understand their own bodies, explore and understand the boundaries of body safety, lets children know how to protect their own body safety, and learn to respect others' physical boundaries.

3. "Collections Across Time" Periodical Exhibition
Between the pages, history and the present quietly intertwine and awaken; literati treasures quietly narrate their elegance, exotic treasures circulate their brilliance. Open the legendary treasure vault of Ta-tung periodicals, let pleasing beauty guide thoughts on distant journeys, and in the flowing time, witness together the charm of the East and the beauty of culture.

4. "The Linearity and Abstraction of Writing" Theme Book Exhibition
From the spirit and blank spaces of Eastern calligraphy to the lines and symbols of Western art, this exhibition shows you how writing transcends language to become a visual experience about time, body, and perception.
