Hsinwa House [Traditional Crafts Knock Knock TTAG] "National Living Treasure" Lacquer Art Wang Ching-shuang Family x Bamboo and Rattan Weaving Chang Hsien-ping
The Hsinwa House "Traditional Crafts Knock Knock TTAG" exhibition hall is dedicated to promoting "national treasure crafts," striving to open a door for the public into traditional crafts. This exhibition features nearly 60 pieces of national-level traditional crafts—lacquer art and bamboo and rattan weaving works. It specially invites Taiwan's first National Living Treasure Wang Ching-shuang (Wang Ching-shuang) to bring the museum's prized piece "Mt. Jade" (玉山), as well as the artisan Chang Hsien-ping (Chang Hsien-ping), who has received both the National Living Treasure and National Craft Achievement awards, to present three renowned works corresponding to the Year of the Horse: "Unbridled Horse" (脫韁之馬), "Galloping" (奔), and "Tamed" (馴). This is a rare opportunity; welcome to visit and appreciate during the exhibition period.
