"Eye View ~ Mind Realm" Kuo Huan-tsai (郭煥材) 91st Creative Retrospective Exhibition

Kuo Huan-tsai (郭煥材) (courtesy name Chun-tsai), born in Lukang in 1936, is a senior artist and art educator in Changhua County. After graduating from the Department of Fine Arts at National Taiwan Normal University, he returned to his hometown to serve, teaching at Lukang Junior High School, Ching Cheng High School, and other schools for over forty years, with students everywhere. In addition to teaching, he is dedicated to ink painting and oil painting creation. He founded the Changhua County Fine Arts Association and served as a review committee member. He has been a judge for the Huangxi Art Exhibition and numerous national art competitions. His works have been frequently invited to exhibitions at home and abroad and are recognized by collections. Since retiring in 2002, he has continued to devote himself to art creation, education, and research, striving to develop his own unique artistic language and style.
