Changhua County Historical Building - Puhsin Lo-ts'uo Catholic Church Cultural Museum
The Puhsin Lo-ts'uo Catholic Church Cultural Museum was established in 1905 as a training center for missionaries and was restored in July 2025. This building is listed as a historical building in Changhua County. It currently exhibits many precious artifacts, including the century-old "Angel Bell," as well as instruments and ancient musical scores from early Sizimi bands.
The Lo-ts'uo Catholic Church covers an area of approximately 2,430 ping. With its quiet and elegant environment, it is the birthplace of Catholicism in central Taiwan, founded in the first year of the Kuang-hsu reign of the Qing dynasty (1875). Inside, you can find Changhua's first swimming pool and the old site of an early orphanage. Everyone is welcome to visit.
