Atayal Indigenous Cultural Industry Zone 'Echo of Indigenous Voices' Weekend Arts Performance: Atayal Cultural Arts Troupe Dance Performance

To enrich the artistic and cultural content of the two indigenous cultural museums, attract public attention to the diversity of indigenous cultures, and simultaneously drive the development of tourism and leisure industries, the Miaoli County Government has meticulously planned the 'Echo of Indigenous Voices' weekend arts performance series.
This year's arts performances take 'Echo of Indigenous Voices' as the main theme. 'Indigenous Voices' represents the distinctive dance, music, and songs of the indigenous peoples that carry history and culture, while 'Echo' expresses the hope of promoting indigenous culture through arts performances to elicit a response. The choice of the character 'echo' also carries the meaning of rotation and cycle, symbolizing the continuation and inheritance of indigenous music, dance, songs, and art.
The weekend arts performances at the Tai-an Township Atayal Cultural Museum will run from February 7 to December 26, 2026, featuring performances by indigenous groups or bands every Saturday afternoon starting at 2:20 PM, totaling 46 sessions. Additionally, from February 8 to December 27, 2026, street performer shows are scheduled on the second and fourth Sunday mornings of each month starting at 10:00 AM, totaling 24 sessions. Furthermore, during the period from February 17 (Lunar New Year's Day) to February 22 (the sixth day of the Lunar New Year), one group performance will be arranged each morning and afternoon daily. The overall event comprises 80 sessions.
