Atayal Indigenous Cultural Industry Zone 'Echo of Indigenous Voices' Weekend Arts Performance: Indigenous Saicel Art Troupe Dance Performance

To enrich the cultural content of the two indigenous cultural museums and draw public attention to the diversity of indigenous culture, while also promoting the development of tourism and leisure industries, the Miaoli County Government has meticulously planned the 'Echo of Indigenous Voices' weekend arts performance series.
This year's arts performances revolve around the theme 'Echo of Indigenous Voices.' 'Indigenous Voices' represents the distinctive dance, music, and songs of indigenous peoples that carry historical and cultural significance, while 'Echo' conveys the hope of promoting indigenous culture through arts performances to generate resonance. The character for 'echo' also carries meanings of rotation and cycle, symbolizing the continuation and inheritance of indigenous music, dance, songs, and art.
The weekend arts performances at the Atayal Cultural Museum in Tai'an Township will run from February 7 to December 26, 2026, featuring performances by indigenous groups or bands every Saturday starting at 2:20 PM, totaling 46 sessions. Additionally, from February 8 to December 27, 2026, street performers will be scheduled on the second and fourth Sundays of each month starting at 10:00 AM, totaling 24 sessions. Furthermore, from February 17 (Lunar New Year's Day) to February 22 (the sixth day of the Lunar New Year), one group performance will be arranged each morning and afternoon daily, bringing the total number of events for the entire program to 80 sessions.
