2026 Wu Sha Arts Festival Arts Competition

Date: 2026-05-16 — 2026-08-31
This year, under the theme "Arts Embrace All Rivers," we invite you to use images, brushstrokes, and creativity to tell a story belonging to the opening of Lan-yang. The Lan-yang Plain lies between mountains and sea; our ancestors followed the water and settled by it. From its reclamation to today, this land carries memories and emotions, and awaits new creations to be seen. Now, let your work become a bridge connecting people and the land.
--- ✧ Submission Categories ✧ ---
Photography | Capture the moment, freeze the beauty of Lan-yang
Painting | Wield colors, depict the land's stories
Calligraphy | Enter the realm through characters, write cultural depth
Short Video | Tell stories with moving images, let creativity flow

Award Highlights
In addition to continuing the substantial high cash prizes for creators from past years, this year's competition has implemented three major "future-oriented" optimizations to the reward mechanism:
Highlight 1: [Artistic Horizon Expedition] International Leadership Program: For the gold award winner of the "Youth Watercolor Category," the foundation will sponsor their invitation to join an "Overseas Arts Study Tour," supporting outstanding students in broadening their international perspective.
Highlight 2: [Exclusive Bonus] Corporate Collection Matching: For the gold award winner of the "Collection Western Painting Category," a corporate collection recommendation program will be initiated. The foundation will act as a bridge, recommending the work into collection systems, tangibly promoting the artist's professional growth.
Highlight 3: [Digital Transformation] Short Video Category Debut: This year marks the first inclusion of the "Short Video Creation Category," widely inviting students with formal school enrollment to participate. We encourage telling land stories through 60-90 second videos, with no restrictions on aspect ratio or format, allowing creativity to flow freely across different screens.
