73 hours of theory + practical courses~ Inviting you to use video as a key to compose the music of your hometown. Registration deadline: May 30.

Open to all Tainan City residents aged 18 and above interested in documenting, reporting on, or showcasing local Tainan culture and community humanities, as well as incumbent public servants of units under the Tainan City Government (priority given to employees of the Tainan City Government and its first-level agencies).

【Course Content】
Course introduction, ethics of documentary film, forms and styles of documentary cinema, gender perspectives in imagery, civic video practice - from citizen journalism to documentary, copyright and contracts, media literacy and civic awareness, fieldwork + practical courses, planning production and management, documentary screenwriting, photography knowledge and techniques, camera operation practice + practical courses, introduction to editing, post-production editing practice, and thematic creation, totaling 73 hours.
