"Boss~ A Bowl of Plain Noodles!" is a musical brought by the Spring River Theater Troupe that combines music, interaction, and nostalgia. The story revolves around the growth journey of "Ying-ying," the proprietress of a noodle stall in 1980s Taipei. Through classic Mandarin golden oldies and immersive interaction, it delicately depicts urban changes and Taiwanese warmth.
