Rare opportunity! The Hsinchu City Native Language Association, aiming to expand its services, is offering a training course on senior picture books that includes both theory and practice.
After the course, we will go into community daytime long-term care centers to connect with Taiwanese-speaking elders and provide community service.
Through the exchange of storytelling in Taiwanese, we allow elders to share life experiences and life stories, and also help build a sense of pride in the Taiwanese language. The senior picture book service can also become a great boost for promoting the revival of Taiwanese.
