Exhibitions Now On
"The Navigator Across Time"
A brand-new AR reality game.
Join us in uncovering a secret that spans 400 years!
Unlike the "Dome Project" series, "The Navigator Across Time" is the Chi Mei Museum's first reality game featuring AR (Augmented Reality) functionality.
Players will take on the role of museum staff and meet Hans, a navigator who has traveled through time to the present day.
During the game, players must search for clues in the permanent exhibition based on Hans's narration, then use their smartphones and props to solve puzzles, gradually unraveling the truth behind Hans's time travel!
Game Introduction
This game is designed as an extension of the 2024 "Tainan 400" concept.
While solving puzzles, players can not only learn about the exhibits from various continents collected by the Chi Mei Museum,
but also, guided by the story, understand the process of the Dutch East India Company's development in Taiwan around 1624 and the influential historical figures from various countries during that era.
This is how the story begins...
One early morning, the sound of waves suddenly echoed through the Chi Mei Museum, and the entire lobby was enveloped in a blue light.
A foreign man appeared from mid-air and slowly descended to the ground alongside a brass telescope...
This foreign man calls himself Hans, a navigator from the 17th century, but he has lost all other memories.
Hans keeps muttering, "Please help me find those artifacts, or it will be too late..."
Just as you, the staff on duty, are hesitating, the brass telescope beside him begins to emit a golden light...
A foreign navigator with amnesia
A telescope that can reveal mysterious symbols
Can you solve the mystery of time travel?
A brand-new puzzle mission
Contains 7 game levels, with ingeniously hidden and varied puzzle props, guiding you through the permanent exhibition halls. Solve puzzles while discovering amazing collections.
Start playing as soon as you bring the game box into the exhibition hall!
No additional ticket purchase required, no app download needed. Simply connect your phone to the system to enter the storyline and begin the challenge.
Cooperation or competition works—the more players, the more fun!
Each team is limited to 2-5 people. There are no session restrictions, no staff required—set off whenever you want to play! No time limit for the game; play until you complete it.
