The earth is a silent epic, and art is the most moving gaze of time. The brushstrokes of running script intertwine on paper, like flowing clouds and water, displaying the posture of the wind and the rhythm of life; the ink-wash landscapes spread on paper, listening to the crashing waves, incorporating the vastness of the universe amidst splashed ink and clouds; the variegated oil colors are deeply rooted in the brown earth, blending brilliant gold, refining a steady and abundant inner quality like a treasure ship; the clay traces of ceramics are tempered in the kiln, precipitating the solidity of the earth and retaining the initial warmth of the fingertips. Lines, ink traces, inner radiance, and clay — four vocabularies interweave and advance. Using these as warp and weft, we tailor a garment of time for the earth.
