The Craftsmanship Spirit and Influence of Yen Shui-long (顏水龍)
Yen Shui-long (顏水龍) was from Hsia-ying, Tainan. He studied in Japan and France in the 1930s and was a pioneer in modern Taiwan across the fields of fine arts, craft design, design education, and public art.
This memorial hall primarily uses three major exhibition themes -- "Design Education," "Craft Design," and "Fine Arts & Public Art" -- to present Mr. Yen's significant contributions and influence on various fields in Taiwan.
