(1) For tribespeople who have lived in metropolitan areas for a long time, it is essential to understand the culture of music and dance, ethnic culture, and to practice traditional songs and dances in order to avoid a cultural disconnect.
(2) Tribespeople in metropolitan areas must practice their own traditional and creative songs and dances, encouraging them to progress from understanding and liking them to voluntarily inheriting and promoting them. This strives to ensure that the traditional and creative songs and dances of indigenous peoples do not decline and disappear in metropolitan areas.
(3) Practicing songs and dances also enriches one's own life, preventing it from being overwhelmed by the kaleidoscopic influences of the metropolitan melting pot and from going astray.
