Music at Haishan, Echoes at Yungping

This concert brings together two renowned wind music schools from New Taipei City—the Haishan Elementary School Wind Orchestra and the Yungping High School Wind Orchestra—for a musical dialogue across age groups. Under the baton of conductor Chin Ping-hsiang, the two schools will present a wind music feast blending classics and grand epics. They have specially invited Li Chi-hung, principal trombonist of the National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra, to perform the trombone concerto "Alhambra" by composer Chen Keng-yu.
