Multicultural Reading Club: Co-reading Environmental Reuse - Needle's So Good. Handcraft Creativity

Every Friday morning, the 'Needle's So Good. Handcraft Creativity' workshop is held. This activity specially invites community handicraft expert Grandma Yeh Tzu (葉子奶奶) (Yeh Hui-hsi (葉惠喜)) to come to the branch library to teach community mothers various private techniques for deconstructing and reusing old clothes or old yarn. Using different weaving and sewing tools such as crochet hooks, knitting needles, hand-sewing needles, and sewing machine needles, they will complete unique creative new works.
