Jazz He-Sheng Concert Series #05 | 'Female Voices in Jazz – Series of Women's Works'

The fifth concert of the Jazz He-Sheng Concert Series, 'Female Voices in Jazz – Series of Women's Works,' was initiated by saxophonist Lin Ying-chen (林映辰), joined by pianist Yu Chiao-hsuan (游巧暄), bassist Wang Ch'ün-t'ing (王群婷), and percussionist Huang Yü-ning (黃昱寧), reinterpreting classic and original works by female composers. This concert not only showcases the resilience and strength of women in jazz composition and performance, but also breaks stylistic boundaries through improvisation and organic interaction, offering a profound and poetic listening experience.
