"Island Voices" - National Taiwan University Hsun-feng Chinese Orchestra Summer Tour Performance, Year of Ping-wu
The National Taiwan University Hsun-feng Chinese Orchestra will lead the audience on a journey through history and culture with its "Island Voices" summer tour concert. The concert program is rich and diverse, ranging from "Formosa Under Time," which depicts the landscape of Taiwan, to "Journey to Lhasa," set against the backdrop of Tibet, and a reinterpretation of the traditional pentatonic scale in "Gong Shang Jue Zhi Yu." Conducted by Chou Sheng-wen, Hsiung Ching-shang, and Tsai Wen-hao, the performance will feature guest performers such as Chang Chun-hao. This concert will weave the stories and vitality of the island with moving Chinese orchestral music, offering an excellent opportunity to experience the fusion of traditional and modern music.
