Extreme Bliss (極樂)

Bliss: Beyond the Edge of Time is an animated feature film presented in the 2026 Taipei Film Festival's "Animation Alternative Visions" program. Co-directed by Kevin Geiger, Liu Yu-shu, Chiu Li-wei, Jo-Jo Hwang, Leo Liao, and Jade Lien, the film draws on the six lines of the I Ching to weave six distinct shorts rooted in Taiwanese vernacular culture. It offers a tender yet unflinching look at the collision between cold technology and human warmth, blending tradition, faith, and sci-fi into a visually stunning experience.
