"Chihshang, the Scale of Gaze" (池上, 凝視的刻度)

The Taiwan Good Foundation (台灣好基金會) promotes the "Artist-in-Residence Program," inviting artists to stay in Chihshang for one month, slowing down their pace. As steps slow, the scenery before them gains depth; every breath held in the valley, every pause on the land, is the artist redefining the scale of time in Chihshang. From initially seeing the Chihshang landscape to gradually feeling the rhythm of the land, even allowing Chihshang's rice grains, sunlight, and colors to participate in creation, the works slowly take shape within time and environment, becoming the most beautiful gifts left to Chihshang.
With the theme "Chihshang, the Scale of Gaze," nine works from the artist-in-residence program collection present the spiritual trajectory of artists after their slow journey through Chihshang.
