Chen Yunlin Ko Puppet Theater Troupe "Subduing Pig's 72 Transformations"

The Chen Yunlin Ko Puppet Theater Troupe presents a children's Puppet Theater adaptation of "Journey to the West" titled "Subduing Pig's 72 Transformations," vividly recreating the thrilling adventure where Sun Wukong battles Zhu Bajie and subdues him as a disciple. Led by troupe leader Li Ching-yeh (李京曄), who has been recognized with a Golden Melody Award for Traditional Arts, the performance uses exquisite puppetry skills and lively narration to lead the audience in experiencing the unique charm of traditional puppet theater.
