[Character Notes — Taipei Arts Festival Series] From Text to Perception: The Creative Process and Practice of "I Am the Wind (我是風)"
This talk, part of the Taipei Arts Festival series, centers on the production I Am the Wind, adapted from a work by Norwegian writer Jon Fosse. Director Wang Shih-Wei and actor Lin Zi-Heng share insights into the creative process, from textual analysis to rehearsal practice, exploring how body, voice, and space are orchestrated to develop a performance language rooted in sensory experience. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how the work invites audiences into a theatrical state between language and perception.
