2026 Thanksgiving Evening Township Arts Tour - FOCASA Circus (FOCASA馬戲團) "Pandora's Box"

FOCASA Circus (FOCASA馬戲團) was founded in 2011 as Taiwan's first professional contemporary circus troupe. It has been selected for multiple consecutive years as a "TAIWAN TOP Performing Arts Team" by the National Culture and Arts Foundation. The troupe is dedicated to breaking the stereotype of traditional circus being limited to outdoors and amusement parks, bringing circus and acrobatics into the theater. It became the first Taiwanese circus troupe to embark on overseas tours, actively expanding its international visibility.
Production Introduction: "Pandora's Box" is a contemporary circus work suitable for families and general audiences. It combines acrobatics, juggling, stilt-walking, clowning, and large CUBE props. Centered on the fantastical journey of an explorer and magical forest spirits, it uses humor and visual tension to lead the audience into a circus world full of laughter and wonder, ultimately conveying the core message of "hope." This allows first-time circus audiences to also feel the warmth and charm of performing arts.
