115th Year Miaoli County Library Children's Writing Camp Activity

This writing camp specially invites children's literature creator Wang Wen-hua (王文華) as the instructor, leading students from story conception to actual creation, using interactive teaching to help children build writing confidence. It also invites Ms. Li Yu-chin (黎玉琴), Executive Director of the Miaoli County V.I.P. New Immigrant Association, to plan a pandan plant recognition and "Pandan Coconut Milk Ice DIY" experience course, allowing students to combine sensory experiences to expand their writing inspiration. The course content is rich and diverse, promising to be exciting.

The target participants for this activity are 5th and 6th grade elementary school students [including current 4th graders (who will be promoted to 5th grade after summer vacation) and current 6th grade graduates]. Online registration will open on June 2, 2026 (Tuesday) at 2:00 PM on the Miaoli County Library website under "Online Services - Activity Registration" (registration URL: https://reurl.cc/3YkaQL). This activity is entirely online registration; on-site or other registration methods are not accepted. There are 35 regular spots (5 backup spots), and registration closes when full.

Those who complete online registration should go to the Miaoli County Library 2nd floor office from June 3, 2026 (Wednesday) at 2:00 PM to pay the registration fee of NT$1,500 (a friend or relative may pay on your behalf). Admission is based on the order of payment. All students who complete registration and payment will receive a selected children's book (randomly given) during the course period, and lunch will be provided on the activity days (June 27, June 28, July 4, and July 5).
